Our Cleaning Professionals adhere to the latest Covid-19 best practices to fight against the spread of germs and bacteria and ultimately aid in Covid-19 prevention. This includes:
- Washing hands regularly
- Disinfecting equipment between each job as well as using clean fresh cloths for every cleaning
- Temperature checks at the start of each day and staying home if they show symptoms of feeling ill
- Masks, Shoe Covers, and Gloves are worn from start to finish of each cleaning session
- Practicing safe social distancing at all times

A Swift Deep Clean service is recommended for all first time customers with Berry Swift Cleaning. This will allow our Cleaning Professionals to address any areas that need extra attention that may have been neglected during previous cleans. After the initial deep clean, most customers prefer to continue with a recurring Swift Basic Cleaning package for maintenance.
We understand things happen. If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning. Failure to do so may result in being charged 50% of your service total.

Monday – Friday: 8am-5pm
We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done 48 hours prior to your original booking. Please see our Cancellation Policy for more information

At this moment we do not. Our Cleaning Professionals are insured for the interior of your home.
Absolutely not. We encourage our customers to be present for an initial introduction with their Cleaning Professional. Nonetheless, this is totally at the discretion of the customer. *Please see our policy on leaving a key for your Cleaning Professional.
Absolutely! Not only are our Cleaning Professionals bonded and insured but they are background checked and heavily vetted. Remember, at Berry Swift Cleaning, we are committed to excellence in every facet of what we do!

Yes, we encourage you to allow a clear form of entry for your Cleaning Professional after an initial introduction so you can come back home to an immaculate Berry Swift Cleaning experience!
Absolutely! We do not require tips so your Cleaning Professional will appreciate any amount that you desire to give! Our Cleaning Professionals keep 100% of tips.
This rarely happens if even at all. However, we do understand that accidents may happen and if this occurs, please contact us immediately so we can address next steps with our insurance provider.
We ask that for the health and safety of our Cleaning Professionals you please refrain from smoking until the completion of your cleaning experience.
If you are unsatisfied with your clean, you may contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning. At this time, you can choose to have your Cleaning Professional return to correct the portion of concern within the available time slots agreed upon by Berry Swift Cleaning – or – you may receive 15% off of your next clean
A hold will be applied at booking as a valid card is required to secure your appointment slot. However, the card on file will not be charged until completion of your cleaning
